+As there seemed to be some interest in this I though I'd email this info, for those interested in P2V migration for windows on Virtual Box I'd sugest looking here http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Migrate_Windows , if your preference is to end up with vdi images rather than vmdk images that VMware Vcentre Vconverter will give you.
